Hey guys, I don´t know if I should post that in here or in "support" so please correct me if this is in the wrong thread.
I´m currently on the newest HEN version (should be 4.89.2) and I don´t think that I´m the only one with the problem that some things are not displayed correctly. For example, you activate HEN and in the HEN activation etc in the upper right corner are not displayed correctly, or when you login into psn.
My problem is, that I´m trying to login into an old account but when I´m login in, the QR code doesn´t display. Its just an white square. I don´t know how I can bypass that.
I know the password from that account, only problem is that when I´m trying to login via phone, laptop etc. , sony wants me to put a verification code that they´ve sent me to that account email. BUT back then, a friend of mine created the account because I didn´t have an email at that time. I´ve already text him if he still got the access to that email but he didn´t answer (yet).
Now my question, should I install OFW again just to be able to see that QR-Code and then install HFW again? Would that be dangerous for my console?
