(PS3) Loading Games & Apps

So i tried to load some games on my ps3 and i get this error "game quit no request event" so i found a way to fix it - went to the Rebug Toolbox>Selector>Toggle Cobra Mode>Enable now its loading games fine but now it won't let me load up apps such as Control Fan Utility etc :(so in order to fix

that i need to do is this - went to the Rebug Toolbox>Selector>Toogle Cobra Mode>Disable What should i do?
