Now the ability to connect to PSN is now blocked without CFW Syscalls being unlocked with R2 + Triangle. This is a mode that was created by DeViL303.
Of course that's not all, no less than 89 modifications have been made since v1.47.35, and they are therefore compiled in this latest build.
