Recently, developer Seth Clydesdale (SethC1995 on Twitter) has made available a new tool for generating PS4 covers running to create custom images for your PlayStation Network account. This builds on a generation from a PC directly on the PlayStation 4 web browser.
This is actually a tool that is still under development, so it is subject to bugs or improvements, of course if you have difficulties or if you discover bugs, you have to report them to the developer.
You can beta test this tool both on the desktop and the PS4 browser. Just go on the link below to try it out!
