The developer YiFan Lu has published a tutorial to activate PS4 Remote Play on your PS Vita without having to connect to the PSN, and the developer TheoryWrong has just released PS4relink, a homebrew that automates the whole process.
The PS Vita under firmware 3.60 under HENkaku can not have access to the PSN, so it is impossible to access some console services, including the PS4 Remote Play.
PS4relink will therefore allow you to run PS4 Remote Play on your pirated PS Vita by taking less risk and the process is much simplified.
