Reboot problem 4.84 D-Rex

Hi Thanks for any help in advance so basically i jailbroke my ps3, a month or so ago modded gta for 2-3 weeks no issues, and then changed a menu to semjases, and all of a sudden it boots me on sometimes then other times it'll load get past the lighs and then screen will go off and come back on saying plug controller in via usb and software cant be run correctly, at first i thought semjases may have done it, so i whipped out the hard drive and put a fresh one in and jailbroke again but ive run back into the issue again sometimes it'll work no issues, its weird and could really do with some help sorting it out guys,
