It is really fast and it show's useful information about the pkg file. It's a really easy tool to use.
You only have to put the region code you want in the textbox and wait a few seconds then the pkg file will be listed in the dataGridView. To download the pkg file just click the button or get the URL listed in the dataGridView.
So here you have it.
