When you have reported a person for scamming, staff members will look at both of the sides and we would have to get all necessary information from both view. This may take some time, but do not worry as we will always be making sure to have Shopping as safe as we possibly can!
What Happens Next
After the staff member have got all necessary information and are going to take action, we will take action on the seller and we will PM you with information. If you were wrong, you will be given information, but no actions will be taken!
Be Aware
If the deal was not made on ConsoleCrunch.com through our PM system, we will not take any actions!
