All you've got to do, Is drag the tool where ever you want to take the screensh0t and press capture like the following below.

the ability to save it.

I asked you what it does not how you judge about my common sense. Because I have not that informatic knowledge. Does it "grab" my screen like screenshots or let it film it ike an hypercam??? It's easier for everyone if you give straight answers, not to engage with "smartassery".
