Today i Release my MW2 RTM Tool. Some guys have waited for and here is it now
The Tool contains a fully working Client List with all released Clients Stuff from SC58,Primetime (I used his Game Server Command) and ZeiiKeN (Ufo and Client Intervall).

sup barry i play mw2 bypass and it seems everytime i use multiman to boot up the bypass it works and skips through the update but every time i go to multiplayer it goes back to the ps3 xmb menu i done deleted the game data and the whole game many of times i even tried playing it with the disc but it just does the same thing the funny thing is when i update it to 1.14 it seems to work but it only happens for bypass mode can this be fixed

It happened to me when i used to be on 1.11 on my main modding account but it worked on others.
Have you tried restore file system from recovery menu (option 5) that tends to fixes a lot of issues the downside is everything gets deleted
