The developer dots_tb, well known for his contributions to PSP2048 or VitaSand, proposes to us to discover a new plugin named Shiplog, this is the first version of this program that will allow developers to monitor their application in certain complex situations.
ShipLog is a series of applications that allows simple tracking of development, examples of complex situations are integrated, such as the case of a black screen, the non-initialization of a program, when a drawing is not Possible or when some functions are not executed, this can be very useful for the development of plugins.
ShipLog includes:
- A kernel plugin that supports stdout, including stderr.
- A user plugin that launches a real-time monitoring solution. Net is currently supported, USB is expected.
- A complementary plugin for real-time monitoring.
- A main application that allows you to configure and force logs out of memory. (Requires privileges at this time to write log files, do not hesitate to check the code)
- Further instructions for use and installation are provided in the readme.
