Comparison From ps3 and ps4​

If you pay close attention to the video you will notice that the graphics has improved allot and tiny "Tweaks" they added to the game to make it more realistic to the players, such as inside the car were you can see what speed your going at and what radio station/song your listing to while driving. The environment changed a quite a bit, For example they made it more appealing for the players by adding tiny feature such as rust, Flowers, and retexturing the ground, buildings and plants.

Heist​

As long as we all awaited, with all the delays that rockstar sent out, Heist missions are coming "Soon" to grand theft auto online. Lets just hope they don't decide to troll all of us again because it was originally suppose to be released on spring of 2014 but they delayed for some unknown reason.

My theory why they delayed it
I think they were going wait for the next gen GTA come out to release the heist for the newer gen first and about a month or two later they would release the ps3 and xbox 360 heist to increase sells.
