As of 04/02/16 Sony PS3 ban waves are going to occur among most CFW users. I am also aware ban waves occur weekly, but this has finally reached the limit, alot more people are getting banned then they usually are.
Please look below on how to prevent getting banned yourself.

How to prevent this?

• 
  Webman Disable syscals
  Sign out while in Homebrew
  Webman settings + Cobramode
  PSNinja Clearing History
  PSNPatch CID spoofing
  Game Eboots
  Trophy Syncing (There's a very high risk you will get banned if you sync trophies/have synced trophies on your account.)

SIDENOTE: Yes, i was banned and I know a fair few people who were also banned, through both CIDs and Accounts. Be warned... even if you haven't modded on an account and the account is registered on your CFW it will most likely get banned.

You are 100% wrong about trophies n Syncs this is not argument nor debate it's fact. Trophy Syncing (There's a very high risk you will get banned if you sync trophies/have synced trophies on your account.) ? This post is made in ignorance but it took me 3 years to learn whats correct and incorrect here is 100 % proof Im correct. http://psntrophyleaders.com/user/view/XxlAgExOFxJoHNxX#games so AOJ is not banned do enlighten me.
