Actually cc.org has less members and having a sb doesn't really mean anything, as you can see we have 1,585 members atm and we got all of those with out a sb.
That right there should show you that there is no need for a sb, also this site use to have one but Crunch wanted to make a change. Also it is not hard to make a tool and as of right now he didn't release it so it is just a design (that takes 2 minutes to make).
