Tutorial [CEX AND DEX] Change Multiman Music [EASY]
REQUIREMENTS:
USB or PC with FileZilla
MP3 file of a song you want for your Multiman menu
CFW PS3 with the latest Multiman installed
USB METHOD:
Find a song you want and download it. Rename the .mp3 file to SOUND.BIN
Load the SOUND.BIN file on your USB
Plug your USB in the right USB slot of your PS3
Open up Multiman on your PS3 and head to File Manager
Open PS3 Root, click on dev_hdd0, then game, then BLES80608, and finally USRDIR
Hover over SOUND.BIN, press
then
and delete it Close the folder and click on PS3 Root again
There should be a folder called something like usb000, click on it
Hover over your SOUND.BIN file and press
, then
and select Copy Head back to USRDIR once again, press
and select Paste Restart Multiman and your song should automatically play!
FileZilla Method:
Find a song you want and download it. Rename the .mp3 file to SOUND.BIN
Open up Multiman on your PS3
Find your local IP and open FileZilla
Connect to your PS3 from FileZilla
Go to: dev_hdd0/game/BLES080608/USRDIR
Delete SOUND.BIN
Upload your new SOUND.BIN
Restart Multiman and your song should automatically play!
