This is the method i personally use to get around the recent IP ban bullshit. Now first off this is assuming you've got a working IP that hasn't been banned yet as i'm not getting into how to obtain a new IP.
1. Make the PSN account here: Create a New Account: Sony Entertainment Network
2. Create a new user on your PS3
3. Sign up with your existing account
4. Repeat until you've signed up all the PSN accounts you've made
5. Go online and start modding them one at a time
Note: The key is to NOT sign into them after adding each one until you start modding them. Just take your time & follow my instructions exactly and you shouldn't have any issues.
