The site Wololo.net highlights a new taiHEN plugin to disable the watermark, some games or applications apply to Vita screenshots a rather unpleasant watermark, but with this plugin it is possible to remove it. For this you must place "watermarkdisabler.suprx" in the folder 'tai' at the root of your Vita.
Change config.txt in this directory to load the plugin for the title of your choice by adding new lines as below:
# Titleid of your game (here it's Super Stardust Delta example to remove the watermark on the screenshots)
* PCSA-00006
Ux0: tai / watermarkdisabler.suprx
After doing this, you can use the PS + START button in combo as usual to take screenshots. Now your screenshots will no longer be watermarked.
i tested on Super Stardust Delta, and this should work for other applications / games that produce watermark images.
