Just as the title states, I'm having these weird graphics bugs when ever I start any game, for example; on GTA, I have these large black squares flickering every second, and on some games, instead of the squares being black, there white.

Could someone please help me with this problem, thanks.
P.S. I don't want to be sending it in to sony because of it being a CFW PS3, and I also don't want to be spending quite a lot of money too.
