Many people have heard about terrorists bombing and shooting but recently, Department of Homeland Security warns that the electric grid may be targeted. DHS warns people to prepare for 6 months for a power outage. How would they know it's 6 months? According to conspiracists, it could be a plan to implement a new system (Google's Shorebird Master Plan, SyWest's Shoreline Gateway Master Plan)?
