Many people have been talking about technology being used as a spy tool. Cyber Security expert McAfee tweets:
"The "Presidential alerts": they are capable of accessing the E911 chip in your phones - giving them full access to your location, microphone, camera and every function of your phone. This not a rant, this is from me, still one of the leading cyber security experts. Wake up people!".
McAfee says its much safer to use older phones. Snopes and many other fake fact checkers immediately jump to deny but it is said that they could have full access to your phone as you cannot disable presidential alerts or the E911 in the location tab
