This is going to a reduced version of catogry_network.xml. Xml's are loaded out by using this code.
You will then see inside of <View id="root"> there will be something like this.
If you look through an ps3 xmb xml file you will see that after Items there will be a bit of query code, That query code will lead to something like this.
The # Links to the <View id> as you can see above. This will all be in one file same file, It is basically defining. Since it is now linked, It will go ahead and read the <items> Code and link to this.
