Spoof or not you're still on because you haven't logged out. You can stay as long as you want without a spoof and it wouldn't matter If you stay logged in the same game it won't kick you out of the game or PSN even if the ID is banned.

False... It will log you out after a few minutes of standby... only game(as far as i know) that you can stay on without spoof and logging you out is MW3.
