MW3 Communication interrupted

I have used and seen a tool that works to fix this however I am curious if there are any others or if there is an explanation on how to fix it. I have been trying to brainstorm a solution but haven't found it on my own yet.

No I am not looking for someone to tell me use an old account.

There is no fix other than using an old account or spoofing your xuid to an account that was made pre 2019 as the name change system makes it impossible to find any matches on MP. Even private lobbies will kick you.
