PS3 PLEASE READ (IMPORTANT)

Ok i have a problem with my ps3 gta5 i load everything up and every time i try to join online it says timed out thats been happining for me about 4-5 days now and ive tryed everything i uninstalled the patch and redownloaded it many times still nothing. even tried uninstalling the whole game and reinstalling it and still wont work why?
(if someone helps me and it works i will try to work something out and try to repay him or her)

How to fix timeout:
1.Go online psn.
2.Load story.
3.Try to get online.
4.It will say timeout.
5.Go back story.
6.Sign out psn.
7.Login again.
8.Go online done.
