If everyone were to use this method, the CID does not suspended

Use only for bypass "playstation" site that ps3 invoke at startup... use Proxy, but not secure 100%. You can use Charl's etc... or stop the site of s...y by your router in the exlusion list of some site (site of s..y).

Highly unlikely that 3000+ noobs will use this method. Good for private id's if you don't already use a proxy.
