no I havnt got banned in month so far so ur good to go but I don't think ull get banned for that not a high risk but theirs possible a low chance though

No you will be fine doing these. If your giving accounts with such avatars the one avatar on the account is all the OFW user can have they cant change them unless they own them.
I recommend not do use Patched PSN Store as that does give nice account bans from PSN.
