so how do u put a cid together to help find a working one for everyone?

idk if im doing it right i have a folder made with other folders like

8a 8b 8c 8d 81 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 89

in each of those folders inside are like

this is one in (85)

How do i get the next 16 #s to find a working cid

you cant find just random id's ppl on this website do downgrade services and they get the cid's from the system /person there downgrading fro
