I need to downgrade 4.46 d-Rex edition to 3.55 REBUG , but it's says data corrupted .... Help plz!

try the rogero 4.21+ to 3.55 (GOOGLE)

or
Switch to cex in tool box downgrade with REBUG_3.55.4_999_DGR_PS3UPDAT.pup to 3.55 cex
