Go multiplayer don't start tool at lobby just be on the main multiplayer where u can change class guns and try it and it should work if not work well follow this
If you're on DEX follow my steps
1) Go to Debug setting: turn Release Check Mode to "Development Mode.
2) Turn Boot Mode to "System Software Mode"
3) And turn : Network Settings for Debug: to "Single Settings"
4) then Refresh or restart your PS3 then go on black Ops3 and you good to go play online with no errors
