Hello CC! Here to release to CC fellow members an awesome BF4 RTM Tool for current version 1.19 created by Devious (NGU) I did not create this tool, all credits are given to Devious (NGU) and other credits for those that helped him with the tool are posted below. This tool is 100% free and working! ENJOY!

Btw the RTM tool made by Stacks for v1.18 has been discontinued and will no longer be updated. This is the only working BF4 RTM tool available atm.
