Just edit the hud.dat or hudcolor.dat don't remember which one you edit for the hud color such as ammo, cash, gun(don't remember if you can change the color by editing the above files I know you can change the colors by editing the .txd files), and mini map colors. I have my mods released on here that have modded hud colors. I made those files a long time ago and release them recently. I might make a tutorial on texture editing and hud colors some day but I am too lazy & busy

i have a sweet hud colors for gta iv i changed alot of colors
