He really means dont use cheats. ConsoleID will be banned sooner or later anyway because of simultaneous logins, but using wrong cheats on black ops 2 triggers an automatic instaban. Playing bo2 legitly is as safe as playing any other game online, but lol playing it without exploits is not considered playing over here. More important is making sure u have patched syscalls while u play, using psnpatch or alike. Anyway i suggest u Crysis3 or The Last Of Us instead, not because of safer but because of funnier.
