No there is an option in ps3ita to reset your ps3 console id back to your original console id.

I thought i lost it by switching it by installing another cid on a package file but MuRKiCiDaL helped me.

cause i think DEX console its more detectable, CEX its like having a normal PS3 but with addons
DEX completely moddify the PS3 firmware

Thats crazy man cause it took me a couple of hours to go from CEX to DEX. And i did it for the GTA5 RTM tool and once i converted and signed on within 5 minutes my Id was banned.
