It will usually say rockstar could not load the files to launch GTA Online, GTA is fully working on this CID

its not letting me and it say Files required to play GTA online could not be downloaded from rockstar games service so? SO SHOULD I TURN OFF MY PS3 AND TRY AGAIN??
