Riptide Force modmenu

I would really like to use it online but every time i try to go it gives me this message "The Rockstar game services are unavailable right now" if anyone has an idea on whats going on please tell me.

SPRX can have a codeline which access a database but since an IDPS can't be read through an sprx since 4.50, there's nothing to worry.
