Need help ps3 might be bricked

I turn the ps3 on using a hdmi cable and the tv says no signal so I try to turn the ps3 back off using the power button and power button acts likes it's froze so I have to unplug the ps3 for it to turn off I've used a.v. cables to and still the same results

Its bricked.
