Can't find any lobbies in GTA 5

I can go online but I can't find lobbies with other people..

If your using a modded rpf it might do that.

just deleted gta v UPDATE and start fresh it happens when u have wrong eboot.bin or a money & rank rpf in ur update files just delete it start fresh

i had the same problem,
here is the fix: firstly install 1.06 update, after overwrite it with 1.08 and overwrite it with 1.09,
when done, u can put or mods again into that, it should work and u can be in public lobbies
