How to Get 4.50 ITA?

Guys, now im on 3.55 Rogero Downgrader, now what do i have to do to get 4.50 ita? install any DEX 3.55 CFW and then install it? or directly from 3.55 rogero downgrader to 4.50 ita?

I downgraded to 3.55 (not rogero tho but almost like it) and went back to 4.50ita

You will need to do a cex to dex. Google it then once on dex you can go to ita

Ive downgraded to rogero 3.55 via the downgrader.do i go straight to 4.50 ita dex or is there a step in between
Ive looked for a step by step tut but can only find ones for rebug dex
