There are 3 different menus. Main, Recovery and Vehicles.
How to Install:
Eboot calls GTA.sprx (Rename sprx to GTA.sprx)
1)Place the SPRX in the TMP Folder
2)Place the eboot in the game update directory
3)Start your game
4)Enjoy
How to use:
Open menu with L1+R1

Download:
DOWNLOAD REMOVED BY STAFF!
This menu was cracked because they used the old serendipity and riptide source for the menu.
This is what happens when you steal others work.

Try using a different eboot & make sure you know wether it calls for GTA.sprx or GTAmenu.sprx, rename the sprx file to whatever the eboot calls
