I maked nice CC GTA Modmenu.

In the folder you find: GTA IV
TBOGT
TLAD
And the Combo Game GTAIV with Episode.

For PS3 if you want xbox version let me know will update it..

It Have 10 Mod Slots so u can added menu's or mods in it.
Call them : CC1.sco
CC2.sco
CC3.sco

So up to 10

Update Quick Vehicle Options (You Don't See TBOGT Cars in IV so cant Spawn And Freeze),
Added Protections in 1 part not all over the menu like it was,
Player Options LV10 Real Fast Sco,
Added MDv8.1 And Protections,
Design.

If there any isuse with menu let me know i fix it.
Ps if u freeze alot its pll with Admin v8 Abuse there mods
To show of look im powerfull but forget modding is for fun.

And Devil will fix it in v10 set them straight..
No Admin for them

[I Only Tested This For Orginal Disc Game GTA 4 BLUS No DLC] This mod package has only 3 menus that i can find or could activate & the binds for [X-Left D-Pad] open a mod menu for console chrunch menu all the mods within this menu work 100% & [O+D-Pad Down] opens MDv8 old version of the mod menu MD EXTEND & nothing works once you press the binds & also [Square+D-Pad Down] its sopost to have online protections but they dont work ether after pressing any mods within it i dont know if the one of the other mods are cancelling them all out but it just doesnt dont work i rather use this Mod if i play gta 4 with the same menu it has everything you need really as long you don't abuse it or constantly freeze your self but then again this was about a year old post so i don't think anyone would read this for this old game lol
