From my point of view i recommend HTML or CSS to get started with web development! Since those are both very easy to learn. After if you would wish to continue with web development learn Javascript! Very powerful language.
But, if you wish to work with software I recommend learning JAVA or C# or C
If you wish to do networking or backend data analysis learn Python, JAVA or Go.
Go is my primary language and it is very easy to learn and very helpful.
