PS3 Stuck On DEX

Please help. Im trying to convert to CEX from DEX and everytime I try to convert the DEX NOR to CEX no matter what i do I get this. Please help.

If you want to switch back to CEX put the CEX-flash.EID0 and the DEX-flash.EID0 on a usb and switch the system and lv2 back to CEX with rebug toolbox.

I dont have my original cex flash I am trying to convert the dex flash to cex
