Hi first off my names is CHRISMODz69 and i have a problem with me my 4.46.1 d-rex i cant attach to tools on any game.
ive tryed debugged eboots, i changed all my settings and it just wont attach can someone please explain why?

Well had that on one of my ps3 when i done CEXtoDEX so what you have to do is go back to CEX then remake the DEX flie but no space at the start when you type it in the cmd
c2d.exe eid_key_file.bin in_flash.bin out_flash.bin 82
Make sure theres no space at the start
