To make ur own popit color in lbp2 u will need netcheat and some knowledge on how to use it
Put the range 34000000-34200000
Set to 4 bytes and search for FFCC0A1D
U will have 1 result, copy the address and open it in a memory editor.
Changing the first byte (FF) will change ur popits transparency
Use https://www.rapidtables.com/web/color/RGB_Color.html to make colors
After ur done changing the color go into ur popit and equip ur new color

Not sure how i can explain, there are some nice tutorials on YouTube. U will need Hen or Cfw to use it

go to webman then go to setting then actvite something call ccapi-mapi just actvite it then connect your ip to the app using your wifi in both of console and laptop/pc
