yes download ccapi 2.60 on your pc but dont change the ccapi on your console.. you can communicate with your console with any version of ccapi on your pc..

so uninstall ccapi 2.81 on your pc and download 2.60 and change the api to ccapi 2.60 on net cheat and run netcheat 32 bit to get it to work!
