PS3 SCO's and GTA

So im new to the entire modding scene i'll be honest so im completely confused, Iv seen alot of these mod menus and sco's some are just plain update.dat files which are super easy to install, But how do i go about modding the update.dat files to have more sco's etc, I was told to use OPEN IV but GTA 4 is only for windows on the tool and cant seem to find a older version anywhere, Is there another tool i should be looking for or am i doing something wrong, With how old this game is and USB modding being dumbly spammed on youtube im struggling to find mods tutorials to help me along the way.

Id appreciate any support i get from you guys on how to do these mods etc (I mainly want to tweak and play with GLITCHING V9.1) not not a single frigging clue where to start.

To use Open Iv for console you got to get the console keys there on google

Its fine i figured it out I jebaited there system with just a gtaiv.exe download i found XD worked great

take the scos u want & put them in the update.img thats on iv ... if it was TBoGT there is 2 ways some mods in script.img or somtime same update.img so yea add them there
