Old Xbox Shield COD CE****RGH/Jtag Only

I pull these files from an old Xbox Shield Stealth source, fix them up & put into a CE. Has AW/B01/B02/COD4/Ghosts/MW3. Been testing all week, everything seems to work just fine. Config Ini's will need some work though.

forgot to mention. Open the menu with d-pad left + x, & to scroll through sub-menu's, scroll with R-trigger or Left-Trigger
