PS3 How to bypass MW2 (CFW users) noobfriendly

Hey, wazzaaap Crunchers! i was bored to death, and decided to make this noobfriendly tutorial, if this helped you in anyway please like the post! Seeya!


This is a tutorial on how to bypass MW2, so you can play with 1.11 mod menus!

This allows you to go online with mod menus too, but you can ONLY get in matches and join people that is also bypassing, like other people with CFW`s or OFW users using Kiosk firmwares.

Step 1. Open blackbox, or any other preferred FTP server on your PS3. My favourite is blacbox.

Step 2. Open filezilla on your PC, and click on the connect button, and type in your PS3`s ip that will show up on your screen on blackbox

Now once you are connected to your PS3 via filezilla, click on: dev_hddo/GAME/[your MW2 region], then click on USRDIR

Step 3. Once you are in the folder: USRDIR, you wanna delete the file default_mp.self, and the eboot.bin file, now you will see the file patch_mp, that`s that patch you wanna replace with the modded 1.11 patch, just look one up for youtube that matches your region, once you have the modded patch of your choice just drag it into the USRDIR folder, and replace it with the other patch_mp file in there Hope this helped some of you new modders

Okay, followed this, i load the game and i start a match on my self, Nothing there i have changed the patch's and all sorts. Still nothing?

Yeah, you can only join others that are bypassing. Or others that are using a KIOSK firmware
