ECB2 VCHaxClient v1.2 w/ Garage Bypass *Clean*

Since alot of you dont like to have all that bullshit (Camo,Modded Weapons etc) on your update.rpf, KranK added only the garage bypass to the menu, this lets you have all the fun you need with the menu and still be able to store all the banned vehicles in your garage (Planes, Police Cars, Tractor, Tow Truck)

This "update.rpf" contains the newest VCHaxClient v1.2 by ECB2 and the Store Banned Vehicles in your garage by KranK_ModZ

Dont install any update.rpf modded files that are 100MB up as they tend to freeze.
