New External Hard Drive not showing up on multiman.

Hello,
I need some Help,
I Bought An external HDD NEW
my old external hdd broke,
my old external hdd worked perfect, i had a few games they worked perfect, everything was Great.
but i fell it :'(
i bought a new one, formatted to fat32, then made a GAMES Folder.
put bo2 on external hdd, loaded multiman, only internal hdd games would show up.
then i went to multiman file manager and i didn't find usb
Refreshed lots of times.
formatted with multiple programs
Please Help

What are you formatting it with?

i've tried MiniTool Partition Wizard Professional Edition
i've tried fat32format-guiformat.exe
i've tried disk manager

Does the hdd say usb 3.0?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news.. But I don't think usb 3.0 works with ps3's. I will continue to look to confirm though.

Try this one, works for me miniaide fat32 formatter just apply the pending operations.

yes it works on ps4.
i tried using verbatim usb 8gb on ps3 it worked.
why doesn't my external hdd work on ps3.
on ps4 worked fast and perfect

Try formatting it with this program called swissknife.
